Manage Products from Listing to Fulfilment
A repeatable product routine: listings, stock, sales channels, fulfilment, marketing, and review.
In a nutshell
The product cycle
A healthy catalogue follows a simple cycle: create, stock, sell, fulfil, learn, and improve. Use this guide as your regular checklist.
1. Create a clear catalogue
Open Catalogue, then Products. Use accurate names, descriptions, variants, prices, photos, and fulfilment promises.
2. Keep stock accurate
Open Catalogue, then Inventory. Record stock changes and pause unavailable options before customers can buy them.
3. Set up payments
Open Settings → Payouts & settlements and complete the Stripe Connect or Paystack verification shown in your market. Check Pricing when setting margins.
4. Sell through the right channel
- Shop for online discovery and checkout.
- Tools → POS for face-to-face sales.
- Tools → Payment Links for remote payment links.
5. Fulfil and communicate
Open Catalogue, then Orders. Check every option and customer note, update status promptly, and contact customers early if plans change.
6. Review and improve
Use Finances, then Analytics or Reports, to spot demand and margin patterns. Improve one part of the catalogue at a time.

What should I launch first?
Start with one well-presented product that you can fulfil without delay.
What if I also sell appointments?
