Sign in to Ordafy Business, open your organisation, and create a product from the catalog. Add title, description, media, pricing, inventory or variants, and fulfilment options, then publish when ready. Customers can discover it on Ordafy Shop if your organisation is listed publicly. See Guides for step-by-step walkthroughs.
In Ordafy Business, create a service listing with description, category, pricing model (e.g. fixed or hourly), photos, policies, and availability. Connect your calendar where supported, set booking rules, then publish. Bookings can be taken from Ordafy Shop and managed in Business alongside products.
Customers can pay with major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where enabled. Checkout is powered by Stripe with PCI-aligned handling; card details are not stored on Ordafy servers.
Selling on Ordafy is free to start: no commerce platform subscription required. When you get paid, card processing applies (1.75% + $0.2 per online transaction; in-person POS rates may differ). Shop discovery adds a 1.2% marketplace commission on those sales. Optional operations plans (Pro, Business+, Enterprise) cover multi-location tools, storage, and advanced features — one subscription per Business Group. See Pricing and Billing help for details.
Refund rules are set by each provider and shown before you pay. To request a refund, use the order or booking flow where available or message the provider from the listing. Ordafy support can help if something looks incorrect or you cannot reach the provider.
If the provider enabled transfers, open the order or booking in your Ordafy Shop account and follow the transfer option. You may need the recipient's email. Restrictions and deadlines are set by the provider.
You will be notified by email and in-app where available. Refunds follow the provider's policy and Stripe timelines. If a refund is delayed beyond what you expect, contact the provider first, then Ordafy support with your reference.
For pickups or on-site services, show your confirmation or QR code from Ordafy Shop or the mobile app. Staff may scan to verify. For online or virtual services, follow the link or instructions in your confirmation email.
Sign in with the same account you used to purchase. In Ordafy Shop, open your customer dashboard for orders and service bookings. Confirmations and receipts are also emailed to you.
From a listing on Ordafy Shop, use contact or messaging options the provider enabled. Response times vary; use support if you need help with a paid order.
On Ordafy Shop, use search, categories, and location filters where the provider published service areas or pickup locations. Save favourites to your account when signed in.
Yes. You can publish products at £0 for free offers, lead magnets, or community events. Checkout still flows through Stripe where a payment method is required for £0 carts depending on configuration; platform fees follow the same rules as paid items for any applicable channels.
Share your public listing URL from the Share action on each service or product in Ordafy Business (link, QR, social). Embed the Ordafy widget on your own website for higher conversion — see Website Integration guides. Keep listings complete with photos and policies; ordafy.com/shop discovery helps when your organisation is public.
Yes. Providers can configure recurring or series-style offerings with schedules and capacity in Ordafy Business so customers can book or buy across multiple dates according to your rules.
Physical and digital products, tickets, and bookable services across many categories—from retail and food to beauty, tutoring, events, and professional services. Prohibited or restricted categories follow our terms and regional law.
In Ordafy Business, edit the product and add variants (e.g. size or tier), each with its own price, SKU, and stock if applicable. Save and publish so shoppers see the options on Ordafy Shop.
Providers can create promo codes in Business for eligible products or checkout flows. Customers apply them at checkout on Ordafy Shop or compatible Pay links depending on your setup.
Complete payout setup in Ordafy Business (Getting Started checklist). Card sales are paid to your payout account at checkout — Ordafy does not hold your money or review release requests. View your live balance, payout schedule, and bank transfers in Business → Payouts. Cash and bank-transfer payments can be recorded before setup is complete; card, Tap to Pay, and payment links require payout setup.
Ordafy Business exposes APIs and webhooks for many operations; use them with CRMs, data warehouses, or custom stacks. For bespoke builds, Ordafy Web Services (OWS) offers engineering engagements beyond self-serve integrations.
Getting Started (web and mobile) walks you through organisation setup, payout onboarding, and publishing to Ordafy Shop. Complete each step to unlock card payments, Tap to Pay, payment links, and Shop visibility. Cash and bank-transfer collection works before payout setup is finished.
Yes. Cash and bank-transfer payments can be recorded in Business, POS, and mobile without completing payout setup. Card checkout, Tap to Pay, and Ordafy Pay links require finished payout setup — you'll see an onboarding prompt if you try before setup is done.
Listing status in Business (e.g. ACTIVE) is separate from Shop visibility. Products and services may show a Not on Shop badge until payout setup is complete and your storefront is public. Once setup is finished, eligible ACTIVE listings appear on Shop without re-saving.
No. Merchant card sales are paid to your payout account at checkout. Ordafy retains only platform fees. Manage your balance and bank payouts in Business → Payouts. Affiliate and partner commission payouts follow a separate admin-reviewed flow.
Yes. Payments run on Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). Ordafy does not store full card numbers on its own infrastructure for Stripe Checkout flows. Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication in Ordafy Auth for account protection.
We collect data needed to run accounts, payments, fraud prevention, and support. Providers receive customer data required to fulfil orders and bookings. See the Privacy Policy for retention, rights, and processors. You can manage marketing consent from account settings.
Browse services on Ordafy Shop, pick dates or slots the provider offers, complete checkout or deposit steps, then follow confirmation and policy emails. Messaging may be available on the listing.
Create and verify your organisation, then add a service in Ordafy Business with photos, policies, and availability. Publish to appear on Ordafy Shop when your storefront is public and passes moderation rules.
Processing fees apply to card payments (1.75% + $0.2 online in many cases). Bookings that originate on Ordafy Shop can also incur the 1.2% marketplace commission on the provider payout. Your dashboard shows estimates per channel.
Listings show calendars or slot pickers that reflect rules the provider configured in Ordafy Business. If nothing fits, message the provider from the listing.
Typical flow: choose a service and time, pay deposit or full amount as configured, receive confirmation, then attend or receive the service. Balance payments or add-ons may be scheduled before the appointment depending on provider settings.
Card sales are paid to your payout account when the customer pays. Ordafy Shop (marketplace) sales may stay on hold during the refund window after fulfillment; bank payout timing follows your payout schedule (often weekly for marketplace listings). Ordafy Business shows estimated earnings for reporting — open Payouts for your live balance and when money reaches your bank.
Cancellation windows and refunds are defined on the listing. Cancel from your Ordafy Shop bookings area when the provider allows it; otherwise contact the provider or support with your reference.
In Ordafy Business, open the service calendar: block dates, adjust hours, sync where Google Calendar integration is enabled, and set buffers or cut-offs so double-bookings are avoided.
Yes—use base rates, optional fees, peak pricing, or packages in Business so shoppers see accurate totals before they confirm a booking on Ordafy Shop.
After eligible bookings complete, customers may leave ratings and text. Providers can respond where the product supports it. Reviews build trust on Ordafy Shop listings.
Include clear photos, what's included, duration, location or delivery model, cancellation policy, pricing, and FAQs. Complete listings convert better on Ordafy Shop.
Where the provider configured series or multi-date packages, you can select multiple sessions during checkout. Otherwise book separate appointments that fit the calendar.
Ordafy splits experiences by role: Auth (sign-in and account security), Ordafy Shop (customer marketplace and checkout), Business (provider operations, catalog, bookings, payouts), POS (in-store till and counter sales), Pay (standalone payment links and invoices), OWS (Ordafy Web Services—custom engineering engagements), plus the API and mobile app that tie them together. Use the Help Center tabs to filter FAQs by product.
The mobile app brings customer and provider workflows to iOS and Android—browsing Shop, managing bookings and orders, business tasks where enabled, and deep links back through Ordafy Auth. Feature parity grows over time; some advanced admin tasks may still be fastest on the web.
Ordafy Auth is the dedicated sign-in experience (email/password, Google where enabled, password reset, and security settings). It issues your session for Ordafy Shop, Business, Pay, POS, and the mobile app, returning you to the app you started from via a safe callback URL.
Open your account security settings in Ordafy Auth, choose authenticator app (TOTP), scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy, and store backup codes offline. 2FA significantly reduces account takeover risk.
Some sensitive actions ask you to confirm again—often with a security PIN or elevated session—so a stolen unlocked device cannot move money or change payout details. If you are locked out after failed attempts, wait for the cool-down or contact support with identity proof.
Discover products and services, save favourites, add to cart, pay securely, track orders and bookings, download tickets or files, and manage your profile—all without needing the provider's private Business URL.
Business is the control centre: catalog, pricing, inventory, service calendars, orders and bookings, customers, marketing tools, analytics, payouts and Stripe settings, team permissions, sales tools, reports, and notifications—scoped by organisation membership.
POS is the in-person selling surface: search the catalog, build carts, take card-present payments with Stripe, manage shifts or registers where configured, and hand off to Ordafy Pay links when you need remote payment from the same inventory.
Open Ordafy POS on a compatible iPhone or Android with NFC. Create or open an order with a remaining balance, tap Collect payment on the Payment tab, choose Tap to Pay on this phone, then ask the customer to tap their card or phone on your device. Full step-by-step guide with embedded video: Tap to Pay guide (with video)
Use the official Ordafy mobile app, enable NFC, connect to the internet, and complete payout setup for your organisation. On Android, allow location permission when prompted. See the Tap to Pay guide: Tap to Pay guide (with video)
Ordafy Pay lets you create branded payment links for products, services, or custom line items, share them anywhere (SMS, email, QR), set expiries, and reconcile paid vs unpaid in Business. It complements Shop checkout for negotiated or out-of-band sales.
Choose OWS when you need bespoke software—custom storefronts, internal tools, integrations, mobile apps, or automation—that goes beyond self-serve configuration. OWS is a services engagement, not the same as your day-to-day Shop or Business subscription.
A Business Group links your Ordafy locations (organisations) under one owner account. You share pooled file storage, plan limits, and optional subscription features across every branch — without paying per location.
Yes. Ordafy Pro, Business+, and Enterprise apply to the entire Business Group. Every active location shares the same plan limits for storage, business documents vault, reporting, and team seats per location.
Free: one location and basic business documents vault for commerce. Pro: up to three locations, full business documents vault, PDF export, reminders, and report exports. Business+: unlimited locations (fair use), business group dashboard, report builder, and 100 GB pooled storage. Enterprise: custom quotas, API access, and dedicated support — contact sales.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Invoices and payment methods are managed in Ordafy Business under Settings → Billing. VAT or sales tax may appear on invoices depending on your region (placeholder — confirm with your accountant). Subscription terms may also be described in our Terms of Service.
If you cancel, paid features remain until the end of the billing period, then limits revert to Free. You may need to archive extra locations or export data before downgrading. Commerce and payouts on existing locations continue; advanced Vault and group tools may be disabled.
Plan changes and payment updates are completed on the Ordafy Business web dashboard (Settings → Billing), which keeps billing policies simple. Open Ordafy Business in your mobile browser if needed.
Yes. Share a public Ordafy link (e.g. ordafy.com/book/your-org or a single service/product URL) or embed the Ordafy widget on your site with a small script snippet. Start with links from Share on any service or product in Ordafy Business; use Website integration settings for business-level book/store links and embed codes. See the Website Integration guides in the Help Center.
In Ordafy Business: open a service or product → actions menu → Share (copy link, QR code, social). For your whole business, use Settings → Website integration when available (book link, store link, business widget snippet). The Ordafy mobile app offers the same Share actions on catalog items. Guides: Getting Share Links & Embed Codes from Ordafy.
Paste your Ordafy embed snippet into a Custom HTML / Embed HTML / Code block, or use a simple button linking to your Ordafy share URL if the builder blocks scripts. Register your website domain under Allowed embed origins in Business settings. Step-by-step platform instructions are in the guide Embedding the Ordafy Widget on Your Website.
Business widget shows your full catalog (services and products). Services list and products list widgets show all active items for your organization; customers tap an item to open the full booking or buy flow. Service and product widgets load one item — ideal for ads and landing pages. All use the same widget.js script with different data-type and data-id values.
Every Ordafy embed includes a small Powered by Ordafy footer at the bottom (with a link to ordafy.com), consistent with our POS receipts and public checkout pages. It helps customers trust the booking flow. Enterprise white-label plans may hide the footer through Website integration settings.
