Fix Common Ordafy Problems
Work through common listing, checkout, POS, promotion, order, payout, and team access problems.
In a nutshell
Start with four quick checks
- Confirm you are signed in to the correct business.
- Refresh and check your internet connection.
- Confirm your role allows the action.
- Decide whether the issue affects one customer, one listing, or the whole business.
A listing is missing from Shop
- Check that it is published rather than draft.
- Confirm price, images, availability, and required business details are complete.
- Open Settings → Payouts & settlements and check verification status.
- Preview from Shop after saving changes.
A card payment fails
Ask the customer to check their details or try another card. Then confirm your Stripe Connect or Paystack account is approved, the sale is still open, and the payment method is available in your market.
POS cannot take payment
Open Tools, then POS. Check the teammate’s role, device support, network connection, and payout verification. Do not hand over goods until payment is confirmed.
A promotion is rejected
Check the code’s spelling, dates, usage limit, minimum spend, and eligible items. Test it with the same basket the customer is trying to buy.
An order or booking is missing
Clear filters, widen the dates, confirm the correct business, and check whether it belongs in Orders or Bookings. An abandoned or failed payment may not appear as completed work.
A teammate cannot access a feature
Open People, then Team. An Owner or Admin should confirm whether the person needs a different role.
When to contact Support
Share your business name, the approximate time, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot that does not expose full payment or identity details.
