Getting Started: Listing Your Service on Ordafy

Learn how to create and publish your service listing on Ordafy. This guide covers everything from basic setup to advanced features.

Introduction

Welcome to Ordafy's service management system! Ordafy is a marketplace for both products and services—this guide focuses on listing your service and receiving bookings. If you also sell products, you can list those from your product dashboard alongside your services.

Step 1: Enable Service provider Features

First, you need to enable service provider features in your account settings:

  1. Go to your profile settings
  2. Navigate to "Service provider" section
  3. Enable "Service provider" toggle
  4. Complete the verification process if required

Step 2: Create Your Service Listing

Navigate to the Services section in your business dashboard and click "Create Service". You'll need to provide:

  • Basic Information: Name, description, and service type
  • Location: Complete address with city, state, and country
  • Capacity: Maximum and minimum capacity
  • Pricing: Base price and pricing model (hourly, daily, etc.)
  • Images: Cover image and gallery photos
  • Amenities: List all available amenities

Step 3: Set Up Availability

Configure when your service is available:

  • Manual Mode: Manually block/unblock dates
  • Calendar Sync: Sync with Google Calendar or iCal
  • Auto Accept: Automatically accept booking requests

Step 4: Configure Pricing

Set up your pricing structure:

  • Base price for the service
  • Additional fees (cleaning, security, etc.)
  • Deposit requirements
  • Cancellation policy

Step 5: Submit for Verification

Once your service listing is complete, submit it for verification. Our team will review and verify your service, which helps build trust with potential customers.

Step 6: Manage Bookings

As booking requests come in, you can:

  • Review and confirm bookings
  • Communicate with customers via in-app messaging
  • Track payments and payouts
  • Manage check-in and check-out
