1. Overview
Refunds across the Ordafy platform (ordafy.com and business.ordafy.com) depend on what you bought and who you bought it from. Ordafy Limited operates the platform; providers/merchants set many of the refund rules that apply to a specific purchase, and we process refunds according to the policy shown at the time of purchase.
2. Ordafy Shop — who sets refund rules
For Ordafy Shop product orders and service bookings, refund eligibility and time limits are set by providers (sellers and service providers). Ordafy does not set those rules; we process refunds according to the policy shown on each listing at the time of purchase. For providers: Ordafy may hold customer payments until after delivery and a short refund window; funds become payable only when eligibility conditions are met. 3. Ordafy Shop — product orders
- Time limits: Many products allow refunds only until a certain number of days before the date (e.g. 7 or 14 days). The exact window is shown on the product page and at checkout.
- Full vs partial refunds: Providers may allow full or partial refunds. The refund amount will be shown when you request a refund.
- Fees: Platform and payment processing fees may be non-refundable in whole or in part, depending on the provider’s policy.
4. Ordafy Shop — service bookings
- Cancellation policy: Each service has its own cancellation and refund policy (e.g. full refund if cancelled 30 days before, partial refund if 14 days before).
- Refund amount: Refunds are processed according to the service’s stated policy. Any applicable platform fees will be handled as described on the booking.
5. How to request a refund (Ordafy Shop)
Request a refund from your account: Dashboard → Orders (products) or My Service Bookings (services). Select the order or booking and follow the refund option. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days; timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.
6. Pay by Link and POS
If you pay a merchant using Pay by Link or at the POS, refund rules are primarily between you (the payer) and the merchant, subject to applicable law and card scheme rules. Ordafy may facilitate the refund flow and/or provide records, but the merchant typically decides whether a refund is eligible unless mandatory consumer rights apply.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a dispute about a refund, contact the provider or service first. Chargebacks (disputes raised with your card issuer) may result in account restrictions. See our Terms of Service for more on refunds and chargebacks.
