Refund Policy

1. Overview

Refunds across the Ordafy ecosystem (ordafy.com, Ordafy Shop - shop.ordafy.com, Ordafy Business - business.ordafy.com, Eventiry - eventiry.com, Support Hubs - supporthubs.org, and related products) depend on which product or service you used. This policy gives an overview and, for our main marketplace flows, aligns with the detailed rules published on Ordafy Shop’s refund policy. Ordafy Limited operates the platform; sellers and organisers set many of the rules that apply to your purchase.

2. Ordafy Shop — who sets refund rules

For Ordafy Shop product orders and service bookings, refund eligibility and time limits are set by providers (sellers and service providers). Ordafy does not set those rules; we process refunds according to the policy shown on each listing at the time of purchase. For providers: Ordafy may hold customer payments until after delivery and a short refund window; funds become payable only when eligibility conditions are met. 3. Ordafy Shop — product orders

  • Time limits: Many products allow refunds only until a certain number of days before the date (e.g. 7 or 14 days). The exact window is shown on the product page and at checkout.
  • Full vs partial refunds: Providers may allow full or partial refunds. The refund amount will be shown when you request a refund.
  • Fees: Platform and payment processing fees may be non-refundable in whole or in part, depending on the provider’s policy.

4. Ordafy Shop — service bookings

  • Cancellation policy: Each service has its own cancellation and refund policy (e.g. full refund if cancelled 30 days before, partial refund if 14 days before).
  • Refund amount: Refunds are processed according to the service’s stated policy. Any applicable platform fees will be handled as described on the booking.

5. How to request a refund (Ordafy Shop)

Request a refund from your account: Dashboard → Orders (products) or My Service Bookings (services). Select the order or booking and follow the refund option. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days; timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.

6. Other products and general principles

For Ordafy Pay (payment links on pay.ordafy.com), refund rules are primarily between payer and merchant; see the Ordafy Pay refund policy. For Eventiry, Support Hubs, subscriptions, and other products, eligibility and process depend on that product’s terms and the seller’s or organiser’s policy. We aim to handle refund requests fairly and in line with applicable law (including consumer rights in the UK and EU). Chargebacks and disputes may be handled in line with our payment providers’ and product terms.

7. Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a dispute about a refund, contact the provider or service first. Chargebacks (disputes raised with your card issuer) may result in account restrictions. See our Terms of Service for more on refunds and chargebacks.
