Refunds across the Ordafy ecosystem (ordafy.com, Ordafy Shop - shop.ordafy.com, Ordafy Business - business.ordafy.com, Eventiry - eventiry.com, Support Hubs - supporthubs.org, and related products) depend on which product or service you used: Ordafy Shop purchases, event tickets, business subscriptions, or other paid services each have their own rules. This policy gives a concise overview of our approach and points you to the right place for each product. Ordafy Limited is responsible for the platform; in some cases the seller, event organiser or partner may be responsible for fulfilling refunds in line with their and our terms.

2. General principles

We aim to handle refund requests fairly and in line with applicable law (including consumer rights in the UK and EU). Eligibility and process depend on: the type of purchase (e.g. goods, services, digital content, event tickets); the product’s terms and the seller’s or organiser’s policy; and whether the request is made within the relevant time limit. Where we process payments, we will work with the relevant product and, where applicable, the seller or organiser to resolve refund requests. Chargebacks and disputes may be handled in line with our payment providers’ and product terms.

3. How to request a refund

Request refunds through the product you used: use the order or booking history, event ticket page, or subscription/account settings, or contact the support option provided in that product. We (or the relevant seller/organiser) will respond within the timeframe set out in the product’s terms or refund policy.
